Ingredients:
1 cup goat cheese
1 tsp chia seed
1tsp dried mint
1tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Spread the goat cheese on a medium size plate
Sprinkle all the ingredients on top creating a fun colorful design
add the olive oil last
serve with toasted whole grain bread
